Chi sono

Da bambino maneggiavo la cinepresa super 8 di mio padre, che ancora conservo, mi piaceva guardare attraverso il mirino ed ero affascinato dal rumore che essa produceva e dal momento, quasi magico, in cui si spegneva la luce e si proiettava la pellicola tanto attesa. Con il passare del tempo mi sono sempre più appassionato al cinema ed alla fotografia, alternando l'uso della macchina fotografica a quello della videocamera, definendomi così un vero e proprio foto e video amatore; i miei primi montaggi video risalgono ai primi anni '90 con mezzi arrangiati e molto spartani. Sono cresciuto guardando i film dei grandi maestri del cinema, passando da Sergio Leone a Stanley Kubrick cercando di capire stili e tecnica della loro bravura. Tanto ho imparato grazie ai lavori effettuati su vari set dove ho lavorato come operatore di macchina, ho avuto la fortuna di incontrare registi e direttori della fotografia da cui ho cercato di apprendere tutti i trucchi del mestiere, questa mia passione e voglia di crescere e apprendere mi ha portato, con il passare del tempo, a diventare un filmaker. Un filmaker è un documentarista, un montatore, un grafico, un fonico, uno sceneggiatore. Il filmaker è una troupe cinematografica racchiusa in una persona. Il Filmaker è duttile, eclettico, innovativo. È un problem solver capace di gestire le situazioni peggiori grazie al fatto che conosce la filiera di un filmato pezzo per pezzo. Il mio core business è il wedding, professionalmente nasco nel 2003 e in poco tempo mi affermo, lo studio continuo delle tecnologie video e degli stili lavorativi, oltre che la collaborazione con altre aziende del settore audiovisivo nazionale, per la produzione di cortometraggi , spot pubblicitari, e videoclip musicali, arricchiscono il mio patrimonio curricolare, accrescendo ulteriormente le valenze tecnico artistiche.

Who I am
